Dynamic, zestful Leader over 3 Decade plus experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, Initial days of his career started as Medical Representative at the early 20’s within a decade he escalated himself as Managing Director illustrating strong Dedication and commitment.

With the expertise and vast experience in pharma Marketing and sales he had developed and launched more than 150 brands with multiple Specialty Segment orthopedic, Gynecology, oncology, Psychiatry, Gastro, Pediatric General Medicine, infertility and much more.

Founded Reno care Pharmaceuticals at 2005 and incorporated the same as Pvt Ltd in 2009 with his hardcore sales commitment, High Resilience and stronger belief towards systematic and progressive growth he made the company a distinguished specialty company and a predominant player in Gynecology and infertility segment. The company thrive to progress greater heights under his efficient leadership and mentoring to the sales team.

His high conviction towards scientific selling made him to flourish his brands in multiple geography of western and northern parts of India, and he emerged as one of the idiosyncratic leaders from south. He is well known among the pharma sales fraternity as a mentor and sales coach.

The visionary Leader strongly believed in empowering people, he created a culture of developing people interpersonal skills enabling them to scale up in their career. His ideology was always people centric and held the responsibility of creating and maintaining organizational vision. He always believed in collaboration and innovation.
